The proposed River crossings and a number of the sites they seek to open up are in areas at risk from flooding, according to Environment Agency data. Can the chair confirm that the Environment Agency has advised against development along much of the Thames Gateway because of the flood risk? Can the chair publish the advice the LDA has received from the Environment Agency on the flood risk in the Thames Gateway?
