    Earlier, in terms of the answers to the business plan - sorry, I really ought to caveat this before anyone says I am nitpicking. Amongst the many hundreds, possibly thousands of things that you have done well, and the things that Members are raising - and you cannot get any bigger cheerleaders for the Olympics, certainly on this side today, but in the past, it took a long time coming.     The Information Commissioner, Christopher Graham, recently revealed in a Daily Telegraph article that he has threatened the London Development Agency with contempt of court proceedings for its failure to disclose information relating to the acquisition of Olympic land under the Freedom of Information Act. Why has the LDA chosen not to make this information freely available and is it planning to appeal the Information Commissioner's ruling?
