Recently, a constituent happened to buy an extension ticket from zone 2 to zone 3 at a tube station, although they were planning on making that journey on the DLR. At the DLR station it costs £1.50, but anywhere else on the network charges £3. Can you explain this anomaly and what are you doing to either integrate the fares or ensure that those selling tickets are aware of this.
