    • Question by: Jenny Jones
    • Meeting date: 05 November 2014
Will you set a target for the London Fire Brigade to become a carbon neutral service? Jenny Jones AM: By the way, what I mean by ‘carbon neutral services’ is not zero emission. • Cuts to LFB Budget (Supplementary) [6]

    • Question by: Darren Johnson
    • Meeting date: 12 September 2012
It is obviously going to be a very, very difficult time for the Fire Authority, for brigade staff and others. Can we have your assurances that we will not have the sort of combative conflict-driven style that characterised the previous Chairman's approach so much, and often made difficult decisions and difficult negotiations even more difficult than they need be?
  • Responding to Flooding (Supplementary) [1]

    • Question by: Darren Johnson
    • Meeting date: 08 November 2006
On the Thames Gateway development issues, you said you have not specifically commented on the flood risk issue. Could I ask that LFEPA does look at the recommendations from the Assembly's Environment Committee that the plans be rigorously tested?
  • Responding to Flooding (Supplementary) [2]

    • Question by: Darren Johnson
    • Meeting date: 08 November 2006
Even if that is not going to be a statutory function, obviously there is a direct pressure that flood risk places on LFEPA's activities. Should you not be pressing for stronger planning policies to limit new development in high-risk flood areas, and actually really take a key part in this debate about Thames Gateway?
