One of the residents has raised concerns with me about developers applying to change the planning permission they have for residential development into student accommodation.     Sian Berry AM: I would like to ask for some quick clarification on some of the details of the London Living Rent homes within your funding programme, if that is OK. This product is not quite what renters were expecting. It is very similar to the Government’s existing Rent to Buy Scheme, which is not suitable for everyone. I wanted to ask.
