    Caroline Russell AM: My first question is also for John Barradell. The Government was criticised as being slow to act in bringing in lockdown measures earlier this year, and right now we are 48 hours from restrictions easing further. At the same time, we have several countries like Germany, Sweden and France which are showing signs of a second wave of cases, and, worryingly, we have the new lockdown in Leicester.     The Mayor has written that he wants to see an end to governnent tax concessions to the aviation industry (worth £8.5 billion in 2000); since according to calculations based on the July 2002 SERAS document and the DoT's price sensitivity test, the end of all concessions would reduce passenger demand in the Southeast to 135 million passengers a year by 2020, which could be met by existing airport capacity for up to 154 million passengers a year, would you accept that the end of tax concessions in the near future would remove the need for new capacity in the Southeast...
