    Keith Prince AM: Thank you, Chair. Deputy Mayor, good morning. A quick question to back up what my colleague, Assembly Member Best, was saying in regards to Havering in the Superloop. There is going to be no Superloop in Havering and I cannot understand why you would not have one of the outer-lying boroughs in your Orbital Plan. You are going to be deleting two bus routes in Havering, so as a result of the expansion of ULEZ there will be fewer opportunities for my residents to use public transport.     Len Duvall AM: My question is for [Dr] Stephen King, it concerns the London Infrastructure Framework. You have recently released a report that calls on London to develop a central infrastructure development and delivery centre of expertise. What role would the GLA play in that? What is your thinking?
