    Joanne McCartney AM: Thank you. My first question is to Jules. You mentioned earlier you had given a funding uplift to FE providers, which I know was very welcome, but in no way is it going to offset the rises in inflation, particularly in energy bills, for example. If further funding is not given by central Government, what are the possible outcomes that could mean for FE providers and students in the city?

    Joanne McCartney AM: Can we move to issues raised in chapter 7, the economic impacts assessment, and in particular the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) report into the wider economic benefits of Heathrow? I understand that you put the PwC report out to your expert panel to do a peer review and it came back.
