    Tony Devenish AM: Thank you. I will start with the Deputy Mayor. Apart from one or two bits of emotional language, I agree with virtually everything that has been said this morning. We clearly have a major issue and we need to do more to resolve it. of course, there could be a change of Government, I hope not, but there could be a change of Government in only 12 or 13 months.     Tony Devenish AM: Good morning or, rather, good afternoon, Deputy Mayor. You have a third of a billion pounds to spend a year. That is an awful lot of money. From what you said this morning I am not really sure if there is the step change in London that I would have thought for something you have full control on. The Mayor’s inability to turn up today illustrates. Is he actually interested in this hugely important area of public policy?
