    Léonie Cooper AM: I would like to address my questions to Deputy Mayor Jules Pipe as well. Good morning, Jules. The Mayor has stated that through his strengthening of the planning process in London, London is already ahead of the national building standards in the amount of carbon saved when constructing new homes. That was one of the points that Deputy Mayor Tom Copley referred to when he was talking about overall housing supply.
