As I think we would all agree, you said there is actually quite a tight mechanism of control in place not just for charity events but for a whole range of bookings and use of facilities at City Hall when they essentially involve a mayoral mandate or a mayoral activity. The GLA Act does give all of us, including the Assembly, some imperative to seek to promote equality of opportunity in London.
