    I have had a complaint from a constituent who works for London Underground, and to quote, "The current dispute is making working life intolerably difficult for many of us. I faced constant abuse from members of the public I was trying to assist on Wednesday, and now I have been suffering abuse and aggressive behaviour from union activists who are trying to intimidate and pester staff who came to work during the strike.   • Failure of TfL to examine guided bus

    Following your remarks to me in October last year that you liked the concept of a guided bus (with designated road space and priority at traffic signals but able to operate like a normal bus where Uxbridge Road is too narrow), agreed it might be more viable than a tram and was an idea worth exploring, Transport for London did not examine this option. Why not? .
