Croydon Council publicly report a massive £300,000 shortfall in income from the their contract with TfL on London-wide car parking ticket administration. Is this shortfall due to TfL being very good negotiators? .

Residents are concerned that snarled-up traffic which queues back up to the old Purley Town Hall north of Coulsdon will still be there after the Coulsdon inner relief road is built. Could you give me some reassurances to pass on that the new junction at the north of the Coulsdon inner relief road will relieve this environmentally destructive traffic queuing? .
