    Residents are concerned that snarled-up traffic which queues back up to the old Purley Town Hall north of Coulsdon will still be there after the Coulsdon inner relief road is built. Could you give me some reassurances to pass on that the new junction at the north of the Coulsdon inner relief road will relieve this environmentally destructive traffic queuing? .
