    Lord Deighton, what we had asked for in our meeting back in March/April - I cannot remember when it was - what we had asked for and what we received an assurance about was that we would get the data immediately after the Olympics; it would be released to us and that we would be able to make judgments about the allocations. What we received was an embargoed set of aggregated data, not the raw data that we wanted.     This is a useful suggestion. As the Prime Minister and the Mayor of London have indicated, we have capacity problems with the mall and St James' Park. How about we route the marathon around the East End? That would help, would it not, enormously?

    The Merseyside Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) scheme is promoted in the Home Office's Review of Effective Practice in Responding to Prostitution and resulted in: a 400% increase the number of women willing to give full details when reporting criminals to the police; 83% of those charged with offences against prostitutes being convicted; and 95% of the women involved, exiting prostitution. Will you look into the options for implementing the Merseyside ISVA scheme throughout London?
