This is an incredibly difficult area because in fact you do not want to stop whistle-blowers. You do not want to stop the police officers who are reporting on illegal activities within the Metropolitan Police Service. You want them to come forward. I wanted to bring us on to the topic of violence against women and children. I think you know that we are doing a piece of work on it at the moment.
