On the home insulation and sustainability work that you mentioned, the implementation plan for the final version of the Climate Change and Energy Strategy in May 2011, will this take account of the new settlement as it is, rather than simply the projected wish list that you were working to previously?

    Yes, Chair. I am impressed the Mayor has created another functional body: Bacon for London! I have three areas of questioning - very briefly.     Can I just understand the numbers a bit better. You talked about the £56 million that was all that was committed up to now but we have got £85.6 million in the budgets for this current year. Is that £85.6 million funded or is there now more in this current year, 2011/12, than that number?
