    In 2005-06 the two highest salaries paid by the LDA were one salary in the range £190-200k and one salary in the range £130-£140k. In 2006-07 the LDA paid two salaries in the range £210-£220k. Which posts attracted these salaries, and how do you justify increases of approximately 10% and 60% respectively in the two highest salaries at a time when average pay increases were closer to 3%?

    Well I am disappointed then.
