    Joanne McCartney AM: My question is to David. We have heard today about the reallocation of sites for housing in the development. I noticed in your local plan modifications consultation schedule that you still say that you are confident that you can achieve that 50% affordable housing target overall, but I want you to confirm that. Also, in that you say that you consider there are a number of ways in which housing needs, particularly affordable housing, can be met within the local plan period.
