I was at a public meeting yesterday in South Hampstead; it was a packed meeting and the meeting subject was about law and order in the area.     Following the experiences of 7th July, you have identified London Resilience items where it is considered additional investment is needed in 2006/07, what pressure are you putting on the Government to ensure the necessary funding is made available? If the Government is not forthcoming with the money required to fully fund the additional London Resilience items that have been identified as required following the events of July, how do you intend to pay for them?
