    Krupesh Hirani AM: One of the things that residents who live in the existing undeveloped area quite rightly ask is what is in it for them.     Nick Rogers AM: The OPDC is one of Europe’s flagship regeneration projects. It has been going for almost seven years now and has had millions of pounds worth of public funding, but there have been a number of false starts and it feels like there is very little to show for the funding that you have had.
