    Navin Shah AM: With a large number of commuters, I too was stuck at 8.30am this morning at Harrow on the Hill Station. The question is: how can the OPDC produce a successful local destination from the start of this project, given the tensions that there are or there will be resulting from the densities and heights required to fund this national rail interchange?
