    Given the current reliance on construction workers from outside London for major projects, and the serious shortage of technical skills required to deliver sustainable construction, what mechanisms will you put in place to ensure that: 1) the majority of construction jobs connected to the Olympics would go to Londoners and especially local East Londoners; and 2) the technical skills are available in time to deliver high standards of sustainable construction in the Olympics development?
