    Neil Garratt AM: Good morning, Deputy Mayor. Thank you for joining us remotely this morning. You have spoken just now about London’s recovery from the pandemic, which is ongoing. Could you tell us a little bit more about the improvements the Mayor has made to improving access to learning for Londoners with disabilities and low‑income Londoners, and how that is working post‑pandemic?
