    Joanne McCartney AM: I just want to come back to the role of strategic oversights of health services in London. Lord Darzi, you said earlier that issues cannot be dealt with by local boroughs and commissioning groups or the health and wellbeing boards. You gave estates as an example. You have also stated that one of the legacies of the strategic oversight for London was the reconfiguration of stroke services.
