Last week it was revealed that there were over 3,000 train journeys where Londoners could have claimed compensation because their train was late or cancelled. But only 15% of people who could claim actually did. My final question is to Seb. Seb, does it worry you, as I am sure it should, that we keep reading things in the press about divers having to go to Sheffield and cyclists having to drive round the M25 in rush hour during the week in order to be able to train?
