    Gareth Bacon AM: Thank you, Mr Chairman. There has been a lot of good progress on the Stadium in the last year or so, and the baseball, by the way, I thought was absolutely phenomenal.     Florence Eshalomi AM: Good morning. Earlier, Lyn, you talked about some of the additional venues under the umbrella of the LLDC. However, some of those venues have hosted major concerts and events, which is really great. Also, some of those venues have really tight income targets. Can you confirm whether all those venues are meeting their income targets and long‑term forecasts?
