However, the question is: how are you minimising the potential risks to the plans at East Bank? Joanne McCartney AM: Following up on Tom’s [Copley AM]question about housing, you answered some of the questions I was going to ask but there obviously are some risks around, for example, Brexit and housing costs in London, although the cost of housing seems to be flat‑lining, if not reducing. How certain are you that your agreements with developers are robust enough so that later down the road they are not going to cry, “Viability will not allow us to meet your requirements”?
