You have conversations with all the tenants and particularly you have opened up a relationship with the anchor tenant, but there are still legal issues and they are about the contracts that you have between your good selves. Len Duvall AM: Thank you very much. Can you turn to the stadium and the Moore Stephens report [ Olympic Stadium Review ]? Can you give us an update on how you have acted upon the findings of that report? When it was published [in November 2017] it talked particularly about the estimated projected losses. I think it quoted between £10 million and £20 million a year. Is that still the figure you are working to and is it still an objective to get that figure down? I do not mind who takes it.
