    I dare say your specialism is larger capital programmes. Youth services is the softer end; it is kind of more social, community type outputs. I am just not totally convinced you have got a track record in that. How are you going to buy into that sector and who are you going to be working with?

    I am glad you picked out the issues around housing because is there a risk of confusion with the Housing Corporation regional office for London coming over to the Mayor? I just want to be clear that you are not cutting over each other's ground and causing confusion.

    Can I just ask what you and Visit London are doing about increasing the number of hotel rooms in London? Particularly as we move forward to 2012, it is going to be a very important issue. A very important issue would be the standard of these rooms and also the cost. Will you be investigating hotel companies that actually put their room costs up to an exorbitant rate as they move towards 2012?

    You have talked about the climate change disbenefits of expansion and current airport use. Have you also looked at the economic benefits of actually using that site for low-carbon industry rather than for airport use and the economic benefits from that?

    The Mayor has previously told the Assembly that London City Airport should be returned to non-airport use after Crossrail is built. Is the LDA actually doing some detailed work now, looking at a post-airport scenario for the land?
