My concern is the real deprived communities; the ones that are just not being picked up because nobody knows who they are. The more visits I do the more convinced I become that what is on offer is not really going to help these people and those are the people that we all want to help more than anyone. I would like to know what plans are in place to make sure that the same mistakes do not happen again when there is a new Chairman appointed. I think it is very clear, certainly to me, that Mr Lemley has done much more damage to his own reputation by his extraordinary behaviour since he left, than could ever have been done by the involvement with the Games. I think it is a complete and utter duplication. I honestly believe that you are trying to defend the indefensible, because looking at your own criteria, I am looking at `Is there market failure?'
