Commissioner, if I was a serving officer, I would be really worried about the future of my service. Certainly, from a survey that was done in November, there is that low morale in the service and in the Metropolitan Police Service. Commissioner, I understand that the Metropolitan Police Service is currently conducting research into the reasons for the disproportional amount of stops, arrests and charges for the African Caribbean community. Can you confirm that this report is due for publication soon, and will you be fronting up that publication and enabling a widespread, really good debate about that report?
