    Just going back to one of my bugbears since the ricin in Wood Green, when the local chair of the Health Trust, the local chief executive, and I think the local head of the Fire Service were not aware of the ricin incident until two days afterwards. Are you satisfied that in terms of a health issue, the communications are now infallible?

    Just a very quick question. You mentioned a gas attack down, sir, the Tube network, like with Sarin. Do you have the necessary equipment to go down and administer help underground, and the necessary breathing apparatus to last long enough to be effective? For instance, if they do not last half an hour, you will only have about 15 minutes or so down there.

    I am trying to get my head round this, and I have written down 'complementary specialisms, information flow, early advice, and then the crunch, which is marshalling resources to the scene.' Can you just tell me, what difference will it make, if you actually have this? What difference will it make, if there is a catastrophic event?

    I just want to follow up the work about working together in this MAIAT. I am confident when you are all in a room, yes, you are all working together, but it has been reported to me that none of your communication systems actually connect with each other. Therefore, what happens at the operational level, if you are all running on different communications systems? Is that high up on the agenda? I am thinking about the command, really.     Thank you. I think you have just demonstrated the point, actually. You've given a reasonably full answer on tourism, which is something we should have had before. If it wasn't Functional Bodies Question Time today, would we have had that information? The point about this whole debate, and I think you're getting it cross-party actually, is the feeling that you stick out like a sore thumb in your attitude towards openness and accountability, not just to the public.     I share a number of the concerns that Tony's outlined and if we can perhaps particularly focus on the website. We're supposed to be, as the GLA family, into open government and the web approach was something that was an ethos that the Mayor and others agree is a great way of people having access. However, if you go onto the LDA website it seems, as Tony says, that you control what comes out in terms of press releases and I haven't yet managed to find the minutes on the website. Maybe I'm just not very good at browsing. But...
