Given the pressure on retail and casual dining industries, especially because of rising rent and rates, what is your plan for creating a sustainable high street with the right mix of shops, businesses and leisure?

    Len Duvall AM: Thank you very much. My question is to the Commissioner first, but the Mayor may wish to comment on it at the end, but I am pushed for time. It is about the budgets and the current issue. Can you just remind the Assembly, I think you might have mentioned it earlier, what is the current state of play in the cuts that you have to find from the previous regime of austerity, if I can call it that?
