Mr Mayor, on 25 July there was an item on Crossrail in the private section of the TfL Board, which you chair, as well as the public section. Were any concerns raised? We know that urgent attention is needed to deal even with the current overcrowding, let alone with the overcrowding that will come from the new Crossrail passengers. Has TfL done a Healthy Streets check on Oxford Street in its current condition, and if not, will you?

This product is not quite what renters were expecting. It is very similar to the Government’s existing Rent to Buy Scheme, which is not suitable for everyone. I wanted to ask. OK, the other area I wanted to ask you about was the horse, the mounted units, an area I know that is close to your heart. There has been some research recently about the effectiveness of mounted police officers, both in visibility and in terms of enforcement. In effectiveness, I do not know if you have seen the hilarious video of a motorcyclist just on London Wall, I think doing a wheelie, being stopped by a mounted police officer very effectively and dealt with. What are the plans for the mounted units going forward?

Then I just wanted to clarify the situation on Westminster and police stations, since Murad [Qureshi] raised it.
