    What legal advice have you, or TfL, or the DfT, received on the legality of a differential tolls regime for the proposed bridge, covering the question of having local tolls at a lower rate than other tolls?     Following Angie Bray's question 1308/2003 to the Mayor at MQT on 16 July asking which ministers the Mayor has met with since his election, we have gone through the Mayor's monthly reoprts to the Assembly as suggested in the Mayor's answer. Through this process, we have not found any meetings between the Mayor and the Prime Minister. Please can you confirm if it is correct that the Mayor has not met with the Prime Minister since the Mayor's election? If this is not true, please can you detail any meetings that have occurred. .
