Thank you very much. Can I pursue the reasons for Mr Lemley leaving? It has been alleged in some media reports - and of course we have no insider knowledge so I say that these are allegations - that he was inclined to blur the edges between Chair and Chief Executive, which must have been very irritating for Mr Higgins. It is also alleged that he was quite happy to pursue some pecuniary interests and was hoping to recruit a rather obscure American company which turned out to be run by a relative. At the MPA I have acknowledged the work that MPA members and the Met have done on this issue. Sitting as a Magistrate I certainly notice that there is a culture change in the police. Sir John, are you actually bringing the Magistracy on board as a whole? Because I have recently sat on quite a few of these cases and maybe one of my colleagues was not quite in agreement with my judgement. The most important thing you can do while the case is proceeding is to remove the offender from the home and that is the difficulty. Also...
