I wanted to pick up first on Project Daedalus and then moving forward on that. Obviously in the detailed evaluation report that we have had it showed the reoffending rate for those leaving the Heron Unit was 53%, whereas the national reoffending rate was 70%, but that was only for the first cohort. I am wondering, are you going to be looking at the later cohorts to assess what their reoffending rate was - which would mean we probably would not get the final details until the end of next year?

I just want to pick up that with the big redevelopment of your training facilities up at Hendon, I was just wondering, there are huge challenges there I think over the next three years. I had wanted to ask the Commissioner about police stations following what Stephen had said about how he was going to look at reviewing potential closure of police stations and the Mayor confirmed a change to his front counters policy, to find out what work is going on. I don't know whether this question would be for Neale or Vince. I want to pick up the issue of all these events that are going to be happening across London and I know there is the London Events Coordination Calendar and there is the Culture Diary. I think, in your recent answer to my colleague Dee Doocey, you said there were already over 4,000 events in the Culture Diary. Sorry, can I stop you there. There are new powers for boroughs to monitor them, but there is no new money for boroughs to do it. Without the funding it is very difficult to see how boroughs can monitor Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).

No, but the Mayor can make representations to the Government to try and explain that there is no point having a strategy that says, 'Boroughs will look after HMOs and will monitor them' if there is no money in order for them to do it. So, what I am asking is that the Mayor is much more proactive in pushing central government for local government's case, for them to get some more money, and working much more in tandem with boroughs, rather than at the moment there tends to be certainly a perception that the Mayor is one side and...
