On this issue of economic boost, clearly it would give London and economic boost if we committed to a living wage for all the workers. Is this going to be -- I know the ODA is working with London citizens to ease this forward. Is this going to be living wage Olympics? Are we going to be globally embarrassed?

Can I come on to LOCOG? Let us talk about a deadline that LOCOG actually had, which was for a sustainability management system that was promised immediately following the election of the host city. As far as I know that still has not happened.

David, I am actually one of the stakeholders and also of course the Royal Institute for British Architects (RIBA) are also stakeholders and neither of us is happy. In fact, for example, RIBA actually said `the ODA sustainability policy is a disappointing missed opportunity'. From our point of view, we do not how you can call some of these measures exemplary, you know, when they will already be backed by Building Regulations by 2010. Forgive me, I do not doubt your intention to make this the greenest Olympics ever. I do not doubt that, but I do doubt your ability to do it without really good advice. One of the big issues that really offends me is there is going to be a commission for sustainable London 2012, and there seems to be delays in getting this going and the fact is you need that scrutiny body. Given that those responsible for racist and sexist behaviour in the force have often been responsible for homophobic behaviour as well, can you outline how homophobia is tackled as part of the programme of initiatives that Toby outlined?

What residual powers will be retained by LUL / TfL when the Underground stations are transferred by lease to the private infracos? In particular, will the private infracos be completely free (subject to planning controls) to develop station space above or around station sites commercially for maximum profit? .

Just as Bob said the absence of graffiti on the network would give vital reassurance to people in terms of safety, do you not agree that the presence of staff on the stations provides the same sort of vital reassurance to people on safety issues? It is not only going to be psychological; it is also going to be practical. There will be practical benefits of tackling graffiti, safety, crime issues, or whatever and you do need a visible presence there. CCTV cameras in themselves will not be sufficient. You do need to maintain that staff presence.
