How will the alterations address the issues raised by the Assembly and the implications for the London Plan of changes to national policy?     John, I want to follow up on my colleague's, Val Shawcross', questions and I want to add the concerns of many of my constituents who, as you know, live in Hackney, Islington and Waltham Forest. I can assure you that, although we can sit here gladly talking about traffic orders and the discussions there, what they are concerned about and what they want to know as soon as possible - and they should be knowing now - is will the orders be over 40 days and nights?
