    Nicky Gavron AM: Thank you. Good morning, Peter and David. I want to ask a question about the convergence framework and the target that was set for it. To give a bit of context - and the first question is really addressed to Peter - you were there Peter when we were all thinking about the bid for the Olympics.     The question is about climate change as a risk; two different aspects of it. One the risk to London's carbon footprint because, however much you are making savings, you are still increasing the carbon. I would like some figures. The second one is the risk of extreme weather events.
