It is clear that demand at this rate will far outstrip supply. TfL have a long shopping list of capacity enhancement projects, but none of these are funded. What future funding options are available to TfL, and which of these options do you consider the most realistic?

    When Parcelforce announced that it was adding the Congestion Charge to its customers' bills, Tfl was quoted as having "no record of any business asking customers to foot the bill". Major High Street names like Burberry, Vinopolis and Credit Lyonnais have all confirmed they are having to fork out the full charge for deliveries, often with VAT on top. One hotel chain complained to us that the charge is costing them 'thousands a month' for services such as pest control at their various hotel sites.
