Please can you breakdown your 70% target of London schools with an approved STP by April 2008. How many primary and secondary schools do you expect to have approved plans by this date? To help chart the progress towards the target of 100% of London schools with travel plans in 2 years time, will TfL be collating and publishing six monthly milestones? How many primary and secondary schools do you expect to have an approved STP by October 2008?

In March the Mayor gave me his in principle support for the creation of a new museum and visitor centre in the empty Brunel shaft above the East London Line. On 14 November the Mayor gave a commitment that TfL would carry out a full passenger and social survey on the South London Line before any final decisions are taken about the rerouting of the service. A number of my constitutions have raised concerns that the decision to give Crossrail the go ahead may have had an impact on the funding and expected implementation dates for South London transport projects such as the Cross River Tram, the second phase of the East London Line extension and the Croydon Tramlink extensions. Please could you detail what funding was allocated and the anticipated timescales for these two project before Crossrail was given the green light and now?

Residents in Dulwich, Camberwell and Walworth are very unhappy about the level of delays being caused to bus journeys due to the road works on the Walworth Road. What is the current average delay to peak time buses on the Walworth Road? What is TfL doing to ensure that Southwark Council minimises these delays?

The Walworth Road project is part funded by TfL and has received its approval. I have received complaints from blind and partially sighted residents who tell me that in some areas where the road has been raised to the same level as the pavement, Southwark Council has not laid tactile paving to enable them to differentiate between the pavement and the road. What is TfL doing to ensure that this scheme does comply with DfT accessibility standards?

The Walworth Road project is part funded by TfL and has received its approval. Many residents are extremely sceptical that the completed scheme will be an improvement. They are worried about the lack of barriers to prevent small children running into the road, that the reduction in the number of traffic lights will make it difficult to cross the road safely and that bus journey times will increase substantially due to the removal of the bus lanes. How will TfL access the success or failure of this scheme?
