Are you satisfied with TfL's handling of Freedom of Information matters? Correspondence between my constituent and TfL (TFL reference CCFOI 1189) about public opinion surveys (regarding Congestion Charging and Greenwich) appears to show a very slow process.
  • South London Rail Services (Supplementary) [4]

    • Question by: Tony Arbour
    • Meeting date: 05 December 2007
You are very proud that you have taken over the former Silverlink North London line and clearly there are going to be substantial improvements there, but the vast bulk of the improvements that you are proposing to make to the line itself, are towards the east. Can you tell me what work you have done in considering extending the services of that line to the south west.
  • South London Rail Services (Supplementary) [10]

    • Question by: Tony Arbour
    • Meeting date: 05 December 2007
My office has been in discussion with South West Trains and they would be perfectly happy for ' clearly because it is extra custom ' their tracks to be used. Has there been discussion over dual use of tracks for any further extension of the line really anywhere in London, not just in this particular patch?
  • Abandoned Cooler tube proposals (Supplementary) [3]

    • Question by: Peter Hulme Cross

Absolutely, so it is going to go ahead? This idea that it had been abandoned is not true?
  • £25 congestion charge (Supplementary) [4]

    • Question by: Tony Arbour
    • Meeting date: 05 December 2007
I asked the Mayor about the situation with Malden Rushett, and I was joined in that by my colleague Bob Neill who says that he has similar problems in his constituency, where the LEZ (Low Emission Zone) does not actually follow the Greater London boundary. We have farmers who have farms split by the Low Emission Zone. The Mayor was asked whether he would look at that and alter the boundary. The Mayor said he would not. Would you care to advise the Mayor, when you next see him, that it would be sensible to do that?

So what is your shopping list then? What goes? What is Plan B?
  • Metronet (Supplementary) [4]

    • Question by: Peter Hulme Cross
    • Meeting date: 06 December 2006
You mentioned in the first part of your answer to Darren [Johnson] that the PPP was commercially advantageous to Metronet. If that is an unfair contract, does that not put TfL in a powerful position to renegotiate the contract?
