    Len Duvall AM: Thank you very much, Chair. The proof and the outcome of the work of the London Recovery Board is that by this autumn there should be some practical actions that make a real difference to try to minimise the economic downturn. In all the hours that I have just been listening through, no one seems to have mentioned that we already have a LEAP. I am not sure what the London Recovery Board adds to the work of that.     At a meeting with Ealing's residents in January the Mayor promised a full consultation prior to any decision on the West London Tram. Since then an interview with Tim Jones, (TfL), printed in the Gazette, suggested that this project will go ahead irrespective of local residents concerns and the Mayor blatantly disregarded the views of local residents in the TfL meeting on 18 Feb.
