    Last week it was announced that the Office for Tenants and Social Landlords, otherwise known as Tenant Services Authority (TSA), was to be devolved and no longer a public body. I am just wondering in the context of housing devolution in London where all these regulatory powers will be going.

    I appreciate that you have no powers over the First Great Western franchise but can you please lobby them to make sure that they improve their London commuter services which run from Paddington and continue to be one of the worst rail commuter lines in London whilst making the largest profits?

    While the government is seeking long terms solutions to the on going demand for new cemetery space in London what action is the Mayor take in the short term and in particular what action is he taking with local authorities?
