Joanne McCartney AM: Thank you. My question is for the Commissioner, and I am going to raise the issue of the Piccadilly line signalling upgrade. It is good to hear that you have better relations with Government than previously. We do know that the new trains will increase capacity on the line by 23 percent, but if it were to be given the go-ahead, the signalling would increase capacity by 64 percent. Can I ask you about the state of those negotiations and are you hopeful that we will get that capital funding?

Mr Mayor, I think you have clearly set out the triple challenges that we are facing as a city, and you have highlighted that the inner London ULEZ has been extremely well delivered, with some drastic improvements made to air quality. What is being done to tackle prostitution in Haringey and Enfield? Are anti social behaviour orders an effective deterrent or does this merely force prostitutes into other areas? Are there any joint operations against kerb crawlers planned in the future in Enfield and Haringey?

Haringey is one of the boroughs recently targeted by a hard-hitting Operation Trident advertising campaign showing the consequences of carrying a gun. What feedback have you had from the local community regarding this campaign and what other methods are police using to get the message across that gun crime devastates our local communities?

Please could you give an assessment of the effectiveness of bicycle units within the Metropolitan Police? Are there any plans to extend their use?
