Mr Mayor, in January [2022] I wrote to you and asked what alternatives to diesel fuels are being used in the construction traffic and the construction efforts at the Silvertown Tunnel. You said diesel alternatives were prohibitive in price. Could you share with me why they are prohibitive, the actual costs that were looked into?
