Across your business plan period, there will be a reduction in bus services in inner London with the aim of increasing outer London bus services but in total a reduction in kilometres.     Joanne McCartney AM: This is to the Mayor but I will happily welcome Mike’s comments as well and it is about your promise on air quality. It was a major manifesto commitment and one of the ways that TfL can have a substantive impact on air quality is by cleaning up the bus fleet.     Joanne McCartney AM: Can we move to issues raised in chapter 7, the economic impacts assessment, and in particular the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) report into the wider economic benefits of Heathrow? I understand that you put the PwC report out to your expert panel to do a peer review and it came back.
