We do have to differentiate between the vulnerable and those that are playing on their fears with fake information, because we know this fake information and this very professionally organised information will cost lives. Len Duvall AM: Thank you very much. My question is to the Commissioner first, but the Mayor may wish to comment on it at the end, but I am pushed for time. It is about the budgets and the current issue. Can you just remind the Assembly, I think you might have mentioned it earlier, what is the current state of play in the cuts that you have to find from the previous regime of austerity, if I can call it that?
