    The bid document for the Games states: 'The presence of the Paralympic Games in the UK will motivate greater numbers of young people - and in particular those with disabilities - to become involved with sport, and to aspire to elite performance.' What steps are you taking to ensure that the government is directing increased funding towards community sports facilities to make sure that this legacy does in fact become a reality?
